Responsibilities

• Build and manage special rate plans and group codes in RMS; pre-authorize guarantees.
• Monitor cut-off dates and alert management when reservations are missing.
• Lead weekly Group Pick Up meetings and prepare Group Pickup Reports.
• Assist with group MARs and handle multi-room and VIP/BT reservations as directed.
• Understand hotel operations and interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
