Hurawalhi Maldives is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic candidate for the position of Reservations Agent.

The resort features 90 villas, is adults-only, and offers a renowned culinary experience, including the largest all-glass underwater restaurant, 5.8 Undersea Restaurant. We promote a culture of happiness and well-being for our team members through their employee journey. We also provide accommodation, food, laundry services, a team shop, and indoor & outdoor activities such as a team pool, gym, paddles, tennis, badminton, billiards, etc., to enhance your work experience.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Handle daily correspondence and respond to reservation inquiries and bookings.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the property management system.
• Know the types of rooms available, their locations and layouts, transportation options, and have accurate information regarding flight schedules.
• Display product knowledge with accuracy and confidence.
• Be fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Have strong knowledge of Opera PMS.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role.
• Experience in luxury resorts is required.
