Hurawalhi is seeking a dynamic Bar Waiter to join the Food & Beverage team. The role involves providing warm, professional service at all bar outlets, taking and serving drinks per brand guidelines, and maintaining bar cleanliness, while following health and safety standards.

The position requires good beverage knowledge and strong English communication, with shifts and growth opportunities within a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• At least two-year experience in a similar role preferred.
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar service procedures.
• Active listening and effective communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; must be physically fit and well-groomed.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to guests at all bar outlets.
• Take beverage orders accurately and serve drinks promptly according to resort standards.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per recipes and brand guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
• Ensure correct billing procedures and handle cash or POS transactions responsibly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate.
• Follow Health, Safety and Food Hygiene guidelines.
• Provide an excellent overall dining experience for our guests.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-efficient Bar Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team at Hurawalhi.

The 90-villa, adults-only luxury resort. A renowned culinary hotspot offering epic culinary journeys, which include the largest all-glass underwater restaurant, 5.8 Undersea Restaurant We promote a culture of happiness for the well-being of our team members through their employee journey.
