Job summary

Starwood Hotels Hawaii is seeking an articulate Reservations Agent to join our team. You will help guests plan and manage their trips with fast, friendly service, handling arrivals, departures, airport transfers and luggage storage.

This role requires attention to detail and a dedication to guest satisfaction. We value at least 1 year of experience in hotel operations or guest service, a team-player attitude, and flexibility to work in a 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• Passion for hotel operations and guest service with minimum 1 year of similar work experience.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
• Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hardworking, multitasker and detail oriented.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Support Reservations Team to ensure fast, friendly assistance for guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide on-the-spot solutions.
• Assist with arrival and departure tasks, including airport transfers and luggage storage.
