Job summary

Vail Valley Partnership in Avon, Colorado, is seeking a Reservations Agent to deliver the first touch of service to guests. You will handle inbound calls, coordinate with hotel concierges, and assist guests with swaps, aiming for Black Tie levels of service.

In this role, you will work with Ski Techs to ensure accurate information flows and seamless delivery. The position is seasonal with options for part-time or full-time hours and offers compensation of $21 per hour plus tips.

Job description

The Reservations Agent is accountable for delivering the “first touch” for our Guests. Whether fielding an inbound call, working with a hotel concierge, or speaking with a Guest about a swap-out, the Reservations Agent must consistently deliver Black Tie levels of service. The Agent will also work with our Ski Techs to ensure they have the information they need so that their delivery process can run flawlessly.
