Job summary

Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin is seeking a friendly Reservationist to handle guest calls and book hotel stays. This full-time role includes night and weekend availability, located in Baraboo, WI.

You will learn all properties, units, policies, and amenities while using telephone software to present lodging options and rates. You’ll multi-task across several programs, process reservations and credit card transactions, and maintain a calm, guest-focused demeanor with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Obtain knowledge of all Wilderness Resort properties, units, policies, and resort amenities.
• Works via telephone software to communicate and suggest lodging options and rates for our guests.
• Ability to multi-task across several programs and computer screens.
• Prepares, alters, and modifies lodging accommodations via computerized reservations system, processes credit card transactions.
• Able to maintain a calm and pleasant demeanor while communicating with guests and colleagues.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

The Reservationist position is responsible for communicating with guests via phone and taking their hotel reservations.

This is a full-time position with night and weekend availability.
