U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a part-time Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team in Indianapolis. You will support customers, field staff and dealerships with reservation placement, equipment routing, and inventory balancing to meet demand.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service and multitasking in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include handling customer calls, reviewing placement reports, and assisting with U-Box storage products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment (multiline phones, etiquette).
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports to aid in effective equipment placement and reservations.
• Assist with the U-Box portable storage product.
