Responsibilities

Position Summary

Beachwalk Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and guest-focused Reservation Specialist to join our team in South Haven, MI. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests exploring vacation rental options along the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline. You'll manage the reservation process from inquiry to booking, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service at every step.
