Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional education preferred.
• One year minimum of guest service, sales, or reservations experience.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn ticketing and reservations systems.
• Proficient with Internet and computer reservations.
• Strong communication and hospitality mindset.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and service orientation.
• Team oriented, able to work independently and professionally represent Biltmore.

Responsibilities

• Professionally answers inbound calls with gracious hospitality and world class service.
• Provides information, options, and assistance for tickets/passes, activities, accommodations, and events.
• Learn Biltmore’s ticketing and reservations systems and knowledge of Asheville area.
• Handle transactions quickly, accurately, and professionally while multitasking.
• Regularly meets or exceeds monthly department performance expectations.
• Respond to guest complaints within guidelines of estate and department.
• Support partner departments and uphold company reputation for gracious hospitality.
