Job summary

The Biltmore Company in Asheville, NC is seeking a Reservation Sales Agent to handle inbound calls for tickets, passes, activities, and accommodations with gracious hospitality. After training, positions may be eligible for work-from-home arrangements with flexible shifts.

Essential duties include listening carefully, providing information, upselling, and supporting other departments while delivering world-class service to guests planning their Biltmore visit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional education preferred.
• 1 year minimum guest service, sales, and/or reservations experience.
• Prior call center experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn reservations systems and estate details quickly.
• Strong communication, listening and troubleshooting skills.
• Guest-focused, professional demeanor with gracious hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Answer in-bound calls with friendly, world-class service and upsell when appropriate.
• Provide information on tickets, passes, activities, events, and accommodations.
• Learn ticketing/reservation systems and local area knowledge quickly.
• Handle transactions accurately while multitasking across inquiries.
• Meet monthly performance targets and respond to guest feedback.
• Support partner departments and uphold the brand’s hospitality standards.
