Biltmore in Asheville, NC is seeking a Reservation Sales Agent to handle inbound calls, ticketing, passes, activities, and accommodations packages, delivering gracious hospitality and expert guidance to guests.

The role is full-time (32+ hours/week) with a starting pay of $17.09 per hour, based on qualifications. Training is provided, and after training, work may be done from office or from home as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; further education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of guest service, sales, or reservations experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Ability to learn reservation systems and Asheville area knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls with hospitality and sell offerings.
• Provide information on tickets, passes, activities, and events.
• Learn and use Biltmore’s reservations systems.
• Handle transactions quickly and accurately while multitasking.
• Support leadership and other departments as needed.
