Job summary

Biltmore seeks a Reservation Sales Agent to handle inbound calls, assist guests with tickets, passes, activities, and accommodations, and deliver world-class service with active listening and suggestive selling.

This role may be in-office or work-from-home after training, with open shifts across days, including weekends. Training is provided to learn systems and local area information for guest planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional education/training preferred.
• One year minimum guest service, sales, or reservations experience; call center experience preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to guest service and ability to learn systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with gracious hospitality and suggestive selling.
• Provide information and assist with tickets, passes, activities, accommodations, and events.
• Learn reservation systems and knowledge of Asheville area.
• Handle transactions accurately and multi-task effectively.
• Meet or exceed monthly department performance goals.
• Respond to complaints per department guidelines.
• Support partner departments while upholding Biltmore's reputation.
