Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will support customers, field teams, and dealerships with reservation placement and equipment distribution to balance regional inventory levels and meet demand.

The role focuses on customer service, coordination of equipment, and assisting with U-Box products while ensuring accurate reservations and communication across teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in using office equipment and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing customers' equipment based on demand and inventory.
• Review reports that aid in efficient placement of equipment and reservations.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.


• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.


• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.


• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email


• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
