Job summary

SUSHI SAMBA in Los Angeles seeks a Lead Reservationist to manage reservations and seating for a high-energy, multi-cultural dining concept. You will handle phone and email inquiries, record bookings in SevenRooms, and ensure smooth communication with guests and team members.

Qualifications

Experience as Lead Reservationist or similar in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Ability to maintain and follow processes and standards.
Drive to learn and grow within the team.

Responsibilities

Manage dining reservations and seating allocations.
Answer phone calls with scripted responses and prompt email replies.
Record and confirm guest bookings in SevenRooms and allocate tables.
Disseminate information about events and promotions to guests.
Collaborate with General Manager and Sales Manager on bookings and guest concerns.
Stay informed about SUSHI SAMBA concepts, LA events, and restaurant trends.
Prepare shift reports when requested.
Other duties may be assigned.
