Job summary

Hyatt is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Reservations and Front Office teams in Warren Park, Indiana. You will help run the department in line with Hyatt International's strategies and brand standards while delivering outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management preferred.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager in Reservations or Front Office, or as Team Leader in a larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of Reservations and Front Office in line with Hyatt brand standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and other Rooms Departments to maximize room yield through inventory control.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt's brand standards.
