Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Blaine, Minnesota to join a fast-paced team. You will handle calls from customers and support field teams, coordinating equipment reservations and balancing regional inventory to meet demand.

Under the Traffic Control Manager, you'll review reports, assist with U-Box reservations, and ensure accurate placement of equipment. The role emphasizes customer service, reliability and multitasking in a busy, dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers and support field teams with equipment and reservation management.
• Review reports to aid in placement of equipment and reservations to balance regional inventory.
• Assist with U-Box portable storage product and ensure accurate reservation processes.
