Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Blaine, MN, to support customers, field teams, and dealerships by handling reservations and equipment distribution. This role focuses on maintaining balance in regional inventory and ensuring accurate reservation placement.

Under the supervisor of the Traffic Control Manager, you will review reports, assist with U-Box products, and contribute to a fast-paced environment with daily variety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with multiline phones and basic office equipment.
• Strong customer service and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to balance regional inventory.
• Assist with the U-Box portable storage product.
