Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Blaine, MN to support customers and dealerships by handling reservations and equipment allocation. The role emphasizes responsive customer service in a fast-paced environment with daily variability.

You will assist field teams, review equipment and reservation data, and help route inquiries to appropriate channels, with exposure to U-Box products and regional inventory balancing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, balancing regional inventory to meet demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts.
• Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.
