Research and professional development work related to the professor's research. Recruiting, data collections, presentations, and other departmental and program duties for NSF FENNEL Food Positive, Good Security grant.
Student in good standing with the university showing interest in Hospitality research.
Student reports to supervisor weekly with reports as well.
