Job summary

Sika is seeking an experienced Research Technician to join our team in the United States. You will assist in DOE/DFMEA to help transfer new products into production, participate in pilot runs, and work on projects independently in a fast-paced lab.

You will evaluate equipment needs, conduct independent customer specification testing, support product maintenance lab work, and write technical reports. Knowledge of IATF 16949 calibration and documentation is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 7+ years’ experience in thermoplastics, thermosets in automotive OEM market or College degree in General Sciences
• Good oral communication and writing skills
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point or equivalent

Responsibilities
