Job summary

TekStream Solutions seeks a Program Manager to support the Department of Commerce Insider Risk Management Program Office (IRMPO) in maturing the Research Security Program in accordance with NSPM-33 and the CHIPS and Science Act, with emphasis on policy, training, and cross-agency coordination.

The role requires a strong scientific background, about eight years of relevant experience (four in Research Security), and a current TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Eight years of relevant professional experience, including four years in Research Security.
• Federal Research Security experience at the agency/ HQ level preferred.
• Four years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional writing skills; proficient with Microsoft 365; writing-intensive role.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess Research Security Program Plans and procedures.
• Develop and manage content for Research Security Awareness Training for Commerce employees.
• Support development of a comprehensive Research Security compliance program.
• Assist in preparing materials for the Department’s Research Security and Insider Risk mission.
• Assist in policy/guidance development related to Research Security and Insider Risk.
• Staff and track interagency and national security taskings.
• Attend interagency and internal working groups as required.
• Evaluate program efficiency and effectiveness and implement approved initiatives.
