Job description

Job Description

Do you want to be part of an organization that is making a difference in the lives of millions of people worldwide? If so, we want to hear from you! This is a laboratory role focused on the analysis of drug or other targets in complex biologic matrices using immunologic methods. Scientifically, you should possess, or be able to easily gain, command of the concepts of drug molecule and endogenous biomarker bioanalysis in support of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and other purposes. These might include anti-drug antibody and neutralizing antibody detection, as well as nucleic acid detection and sequence characterization. You will be expected to execute and administer bioanalytical assays on various platforms, robots, and detectors, sometimes per CLIA standards.

Projects in translational medicine (TLM) include method transfer of assays from the sponsor's lab, validation of commercial kits, or collaborative efforts for custom assays. QPS scientists develop immunoassays for PK, biomarkers, and immunogenicity, along with cell-based assays for neutralizing antibody activity and biomarker evaluation.
