DePaul University in Chicago seeks a Research Protections Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for IRB, IBC, and IACUC programs. You will coordinate submissions, maintain records, and serve as a primary contact for investigator inquiries on compliance.

The role requires a BA/BS with 1 year IRB experience; CITI certification and strong communication skills are essential. Evening/weekend hours may be required. Salary ranges are posted hourly.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• At least 1 year IRB administration experience.
• Familiarity with federal rules on human subject research.
• CITI certifications in listed areas required or provided on onboarding.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate intake, tracking, and processing of IRB, IBC, and IACUC submissions.
• Review IRB Exempt status protocols.
• Process IRB amendments, final reports, and continuing reviews.
• Maintain research compliance databases and records.
• Assist investigators with submission requirements and training.
• Provide administrative support for IRB, IBC, IACUC meetings.
• Escalate questions to leadership.
• Support process improvements for research protections programs.
