ARUP Laboratories is seeking a Project Manager for Research and Innovation to support diagnostic test development and validation projects. You will coordinate timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communication across scientists, medical directors, and sponsors.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, risk management, and the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical teams to ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related discipline is required.
• Two years of demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience applying PMI project management methodologies is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of technical and administrative aspects of project management.

Responsibilities

• Manages ARUP research projects, including timelines, deliverables, and scope.
• Supports Scientific Managers, Scientists and Medical Directors as project leadership.
• Translates project requirements into defined scope and maintains documentation.
• Creates and updates project charters and plans as needs evolve.
• Produces dashboards and communicates progress to leadership and stakeholders.
