Job summary

The University of Minnesota seeks an Education Program Development and Implementation Specialist 6 to coordinate the ICAP assessment redevelopment and Charting the Lifecourse trainings. The role is onsite with 30+ hours weekly in Minnesota, supporting IRB-compliant research and training delivery for state agencies and partners.

Responsibilities include data collection, analysis preparation, and dissemination through technical reports and online training.

Qualifications

  • Requires relevant advanced degree or equivalent experience in rehabilitation, social work, public health, psychology, or related fields.
  • Experience in development/validation of assessments in human services, healthcare, or education.
  • Experience using Charting the Lifecourse (CtLC) framework and tools.
  • Commitment to inclusive environment for all backgrounds, abilities, and identities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities across ICAP and CtLC projects with internal and external teams.
  • Oversee task progress, staff coordination, and reporting to PI/CoPI.
  • Support development and implementation of technical panels and training materials.
  • Maintain CtLC expertise and coordinate CtLC trainings and Communities of Practice.
