UT Health Sciences is seeking an Administrative Program Coordinator in Memphis to provide technical support for investigators using animals in laboratory research. The role includes medical care for research animals and collaboration with the RBL Facility Supervisor on ABLS/IACUC-approved studies.

Responsibilities include leading SOP development, coordinating signatures, maintaining SharePoint records, and supporting NIH annual reporting for UC7.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four years of administrative/secretarial experience or an associate’s degree with two years of administrative experience; or a bachelor’s degree in lieu of experience.
• ALAT/LAT/LATG/CMAR/ILAM certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the annual review, revision, and editing of SOPs and related documents; coordinate workshops and meetings.
• Route animal protocols for signatures and maintain related records in SharePoint.
• Track SOPs, meeting minutes, and action items for timely follow-up.
