• Assist with project estimates and provide periodic spending updates to Department Heads.
• Prepare and disseminate internal and external communications.
• Track routing of research products and supporting documents.
• Assist in administrative aspects of proposals, protocols, presentations, papers, and related knowledge products.
• Coordinate documents and ensure compliance with policies and approvals.
• Prepare standard operating procedures and go-by documentation for research administration.
• Coordinate SharePoint content for government-approved documents.
• Ensure professional, error-free scientific communications.
