Bowling Green State University is seeking a student assistant to assist a professor in updating and maintaining a research project database and related tasks. Responsibilities include locating and sorting court records, logging case numbers, scanning and indexing documents in OnBase, and entering new case information into the database.

The role requires sophomore standing or higher, familiarity with OnBase and Microsoft Office, and completion of Responsible Conduct in Research training before

Qualificações

• Sophomore standing or higher; preference to Criminal Justice majors.
• Familiarity with OnBase content management system.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must complete Responsible Conduct in Research training prior to start.
• Must be able to type 20 words per minute.

Responsabilidades

• Locate and sort court records, news articles & other materials by name and/or case number
• Log case numbers on all new/supplemental documents
• Scan and index documents into OnBase
• Enter new case information into project relational database in OnBase
• Complete errata reports for missing data reduction
