Responsibilities

• Assist in origination and maintenance of confidential student academic files.
• Digitize student records to support transcript and diploma requests.
• Obtain accurate student information and documents.
• Perform data entry into various documents and software.
• Assist students and alumni at the front desk with forms.
• Support graduation preparation and related duties.
• Aid in special projects as assigned.
• Answer phones and direct calls when staff unavailable.
