Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Research Associate to support a collaborative drug discovery team focused on preclinical and translational research in oncology and immunology. You will execute hands-on experiments, generate high-quality data, and help connect bench science with biomedical questions in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, troubleshoot, and optimize laboratory experiments advancing preclinical & translational drug discovery programs.
• Conduct molecular, biochemical, immunology, cell culture, assay development, and in vivo workflows per established protocols.
• Generate data to clarify therapeutic efficacy, drug combinations, target biology, biomarkers, and MOA in cancer/autoimmune models.
• Process, store, track, and analyze biological samples while maintaining inventory and documentation.
• Summarize results through clear data visualizations, reports, and collaborative deliverables; maintain lab records and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with scientists, clinicians, students, and cross-functional partners to support study execution and data interpretation.
• Assist with training new lab members on techniques, sample handling, and documentation practices.
