Job summary
Zohorecruit seeks a Research Associate II in Oceanside, CA for contract work supporting purification process development with high-throughput methods. You will work on upstream and cell culture samples, automate workflows using Hamilton and Tecan systems, and contribute to data-driven process characterization.
The role requires hands-on lab experience, expertise in high-throughput purification, and ability to develop automated workflows with strong collaboration across teams.
Qualifications
- MS or BS with relevant industry experience in chemical engineering, biochemistry, or bioengineering.
- Hands-on with high-throughput purification assays and automated workflows.
- Experience with Hamilton and Tecan automated liquid handling systems.
- Familiar with chromatography and downstream processing techniques.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-throughput purification workflows for upstream and cell culture samples.
- Operate, optimize, and maintain automated liquid handling systems.
- Develop, qualify, and refine high-throughput purification assays.
- Collaborate with upstream teams for timely sample processing and data delivery.
- Prepare detailed experimental protocols and ELN documentation.
