Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific discipline required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant analytical experience in regulated environments.
• Strong bioassay, flow cytometry, and molecular biology expertise.
• Experience with cGMP and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide bioassay, flow cytometry and/or molecular biology analytical expertise in QC investigations.
• This encompasses supporting technical investigations to identify root cause and provide CAPA actions.
• Independently execute experimental work, analyze data, and document results with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and optimize new and existing laboratory methods and protocols.
• Present findings and progress updates to the team.
• Support method transfer and regulatory documentation as appropriate.
