Secretome Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Scientist/Senior Scientist to support Analytical Development within the CMC Group. The role focuses on characterizing cell products and processes, collaborating closely with Process Development and external partners.

Formación

• PhD or Master's degree in cell biology, immunology, biochemistry, or bioengineering.
• 5+ years of analytical development experience for cell therapy or gene therapy products.
• Experience with Flow Cytometry assays and their development to qualification.
• Strong experimental design and result interpretation; documenting outcomes in protocols/reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently in a small-company environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize analytical methods and potency assays for cell therapy products, including Flow Cytometry, ELISA, and qPCR.
• Collaborate with CDMOs and CTLs to enable tech transfer of analytical methods.
• Support additional projects and business needs as assigned.
• Execute analytical testing for in-process samples, cell banks and final products.
