Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking an Analytical Development Research Associate for a biopharmaceutical client in Boston. The role involves hands-on lab work in assay development, sample testing, data analysis, and troubleshooting to advance cell and gene therapies.

Responsibilities include leading experiments, running flow cytometry and imaging-based assays, maintaining GMP-like documentation, and authoring SOPs and reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of biology-related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience with a Master’s degree in biology, chemistry, or related field.
• Experience with analytical methods for cell therapy or biologics.
• Experience with flow cytometry or imaging-based assays.
• Experience maintaining GMP-like documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute experiments supporting analytical method development, optimization, qualification, and lifecycle management.
• Plan and run sample testing and data analysis with strong scientific judgment.
• Run and troubleshoot cell-based assays, including flow cytometry and immunostaining-based imaging.
• Maintain clear, compliant documentation under GMP-like practices.
• Author and revise SOPs, protocols, technical reports, and study plans.
• Present data and technical recommendations to cross-functional teams.
