Carnegie Mellon University’s department of Electrical and Computer Engineering is seeking a Research Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will follow research plans in order to collect, record, and manipulate research data, as well as maintain accurate and detailed research records.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Performs basic data analysis in order to produce reports. Documents results and processes.
  • May test software prototypes. May interact with research subjects in order to perform job functions.
  • Follows research plans in order to collect, record, and manipulate research data. Maintains accurate and detailed research records and files.
  • Performs library research and field explorations.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
