The Policy & Research Group (PRG) is seeking a Junior Research Analyst to support evaluation projects across Education, Workforce, or Public Health. You will work within a team to design and execute applied studies, collect data, prepare instruments, and summarize findings under senior staff guidance.

• 0–3 years of research experience.
• Master's degree in social science or related field.
• Strong interest in conducting high-quality research.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day research and evaluation projects under senior staff guidance.
• Communicate with project partners and stakeholders.
• Conduct data collection in person or virtually.
• Assist with development of data collection instruments.
• Set up study systems and prepare IRB submissions.
