The Policy & Research Group (PRG) is seeking a Research Assistant to support ongoing research and evaluation across Education, Workforce, and Public Health. The role emphasizes teamwork, analytical rigor, and commitment to improving policy and practice to advance equity.

PRG is a small, employee-owned firm with opportunities for growth and impact. Primary duties include project management, scheduling, meeting notes, stakeholder communication, data collection, QA tasks, and survey formatting.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of research experience required.
• A./B.S. degree required.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate research and evaluation projects.
• Schedule meetings and prepare agendas; take notes.
• Communicate with external stakeholders and data collectors.
• Conduct data collection, data entry, and data quality assurance tasks.
• Assist with formatting surveys and data collection instruments.
