Job summary

Healthcare Staffing Professionals is seeking a Research Analyst to assist in planning and conducting research projects, including designs, field studies and surveys. Responsibilities include conducting case investigations, reviewing medical records to gather data, interviewing cases, and entering data on standard platforms while managing complex investigations.

The role starts immediately upon clearance and is funded through 6/31/27 with a strong extension potential. Hybrid in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's in behavioral or social sciences with required research experience.
• Valid California Driver's License, proof of vehicle insurance, reliable transportation for travel across L.A. County.
• You must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

Job description

Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Research Analyst. The Research Analyst will assist in planning and conducting research projects involving designs, field studies and surveys. For this position candidate should be ableto conduct case investigations, review medical records to gather data, interview cases, enter data on standard data platforms and manage complex investigations. Organized and detail oriented.

The positions will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and are initially funded through 6/31/27, with the good chance of extension.

Pay Rate: $34.89/hr working 40 hours a week

Location: Position is hybrid, preferably 1 to 2 days a week in office located in Los Angeles 90012

Requirements

• A master's degree in a field of the behavioral or social sciences and one year's post master's research experience -or-
• A bachelor's degree in a field of the behavioral or social sciences and any combination of relevant education and/or experience totaling three years; and
• A valid Class C California Drivers License, proof of vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation for travel to a variety of sites throughout Los Angeles County.
