We are seeking a candidate with at least 3 years in workforce development or recruitment to join our team. You will work independently and with others to support job seekers, know employment laws, and utilize Microsoft Office while advancing diversity and inclusion.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in workforce development, recruitment, employment services, or related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and resources for job seekers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients facing barriers to employment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Certification in workforce development or related field (preferred).
