The position emphasizes data accuracy, timely communications, and strong project management to ensure successful recruitment events and positive experiences for employers and candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate recruitment and hiring event data, track outcomes and metrics, and support reporting through timely system updates.
• Coordinate and distribute weekly career opportunity calendars, ensuring event information is accurate and communicated effectively to staff and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional content to increase awareness of hiring events and employment opportunities.
• Post and promote opportunities across job boards, social media, community networks, and other outreach platforms while monitoring engagement and effectiveness.
• Update and maintain recruitment-related website content, including job postings, event listings, and announcements.
• Collaborate with staff to promote hiring events, develop outreach materials, support attendee engagement, and provide occasional on-site event support.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of hiring events and open recruitment calls, ensuring a positive experience for employers, candidates, and community partners.
• Provide in-person and virtual support for hiring events, job fairs, open recruitment sessions, workshops, and other workforce development activities as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
