Job summary

Municipal Emergency Services (MES) is hiring a Rescue Tool Specialist to support fire departments and first responders in New Jersey. You will travel up to 85% within the state, building relationships, presenting equipment, and driving sales while providing product setup and end-user training.

This is a full-time role with a strong commission program, company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits. A high school diploma and fire equipment sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years in a similar sales role.
• Experience selling fire equipment is preferred.
• Technical Rescue experience 5+ years.
• Leadership experience in fire/rescue is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with fire departments and first responders across NJ.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to training and setup.
• Provide product demonstrations and equipment setup as needed.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and commission earnings.
• Coordinate with service and operations for delivery and support.
