Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and management of requirements for nuclear infrastructure project delivery.
• Assemble and manage high-level requirements to meet customer and project goals.
• Oversee the development of derived requirements during early design phases.
• Manage Contract and SOW requirements.
• Communicate effectively across all project levels, including clients, internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Develop interface definitions and controls to ensure cross-disciplinary integration.
• Organize work within company, program, and project standards.
• Document requirements using a database tool for documentation and control.
• Verify that requirements are met during project delivery and document verification results.
• Support change management processes and assess impacts on requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in project delivery and people management roles.
• Knowledge of project delivery disciplines related to nuclear facility infrastructure.
• Self-starter with ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder levels.
• Strong relationship management, facilitation, and consulting skills.
• Experience with the Engineering Design Process, including control of design inputs and verification/validation.
• Knowledge of DOE orders, standards, and guidelines related to requirements management (e.g., DOE-STD-3009, DOE-STD-1189).
• Experience in managing contracts and SOW requirements.
• Proficiency with requirements management systems or tools.
• Ability to produce and review technical quality documentation.
• Understanding of safety and operational requirements from design to implementation.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• INCOSE membership.
