Essential Job Functions:

• Diagram and document system solutions, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Analyze business requirements and design comprehensive, cost-effective enterprise solutions.
• Perform complex systems design, implementation, and integration.
• Assist in developing the long-term roadmap.
• Provide relevant reports to stakeholders for root cause analysis and platform performance.
• Support and maintain systems and applications, including troubleshooting daily issues.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Linux experience.
• Experience with design, implementation, and support of OS and applications in multi-platform environments.
• Knowledge of industry-standard OS such as RedHat, CentOS, ESX/ESXi, and Windows.
• Programming and scripting skills; Bash, Perl, Python preferred. Experience with Git, Ansible, Terraform recommended.
• Experience with databases like Oracle, MySQL, Postgres is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD practices is recommended.
• Understanding of security and vulnerability best practices.
• Degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
