The Management And Systems Engineer’s Duties Include:

1. Assist in the development and management of requirements for nuclear infrastructure project delivery.
2. Assemble and manage the definition of high-level requirements to satisfy customer and project end goals.
3. Manage and oversee the development of derived requirements during early design definition.
4. Manage Contract and SOW requirements.
5. Communicate effectively across all levels of the project, including with clients, internal resources, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants.
6. Interface with clients and assist the project team in developing interface definitions and controls for integration across disciplines and with third-party equipment.
7. Organize work and project teams within company, program, and project standards.
8. Document requirements using a database tool for documentation and control.
9. Assist in verifying that requirements are satisfied during project delivery, demonstrating achievement through database tools and reports.
10. Support change management processes and assess impacts on requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience in project delivery and people management roles.
• Knowledge of disciplines related to nuclear facility infrastructure.
• Self-starter with collaborative working skills across multiple levels.
• Strong relationship management, facilitation, and consulting skills.
• Experience with the Engineering Design Process, including control of inputs and verification/validation of outputs.
• If required, ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
• Advanced engineering knowledge in change management, or experience leading change control processes.
• Experience with contract and SOW management.
• Experience maintaining requirements management systems or tools.
• Proficiency in technical documentation review and writing.
• Knowledge of safety and operational requirements from design to implementation, including industry standards and regulations.
• Understanding of DOE orders, standards, and guidelines relevant to requirements management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• INCOSE membership.
