• Develop, write, and tailor proposal responses from initial review through completion, using approved content from the Responsive CMS.
• Collaborate with retirement SMEs to research and capture information for nonstandard or complex questions.
• Edit and refine proposal responses based on feedback from editors and internal partners for clarity and consistency.
• Manage multiple concurrent proposal projects and meet established deadlines.

Our client in the Financial Domainis seeking a Request for Proposal (RFP) Analyst/Writerto join their team. As a Request for Proposal (RFP) Analyst/Writer, you will be part of the Proposal Production and Client Solutions team supporting retirement plan acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to deliver accurate, client-ready responses, a collaborative mindset to work with Subject Matter Experts, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with confidence—skills that will help you thrive in a fast-paced proposal environment.

Job Title: Request for Proposal (RFP) Analyst/Writer

Location: Owings Mills, MD

Pay Range: $52/hr W2

What's the Job?

• Respond to proposal questionnaires from retirement plan advisors, consultants, and plan sponsors by supporting RFPs, RFIs, and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).
• Develop, write, and tailor proposal responses from initial review through completion, using approved content from the Responsive content management system while customizing responses for each prospect.
• Collaborate with retirement Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to research and capture information needed to answer nonstandard or complex questions.
• Edit and refine proposal responses based on feedback from RFP editors and internal business partners to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Manage multiple concurrent proposal projects and competing priorities to meet established deadlines.

• Relevant work experience (preferred in retirement/defined contribution plan industry).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
