Job summary

Maricopa County Department of Transportation is seeking a Reprographics Specialist to handle fast-paced production and reproduction of materials, ensuring high-quality output. The role requires operating diverse reprographics equipment, coordinating workflows, and maintaining supply inventory in a two-center facility.

You will interact with a wide range of customers, adapt to changing needs, and ensure production standards and timelines are met.

Qualifications

• One year of experience operating reprographics equipment.
• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education may substitute year-for-year for the required experience.
• Experience with Adobe Suite applications (Print Shop, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and print management software is valued.

Responsibilities

• Operates reprographics equipment including high-volume printers and binders to produce reports, notices, brochures, foam board signage, and posters.
• Maintains supply inventory and liaises with vendors for paper and toner orders.
• Produces, maintains, and delivers production statistics monthly to supervisor and evaluates color quality.
