Job summary

SPS is seeking a Copy and Print Associate to process high-volume copying, printing, finishing, and reprographics orders on site. You will troubleshoot equipment, manage supplies, and provide exceptional service to SPS employees and clients.

Responsibilities include operating copy and binding equipment, handling both hard copy and electronic requests, and ensuring orders are prepared for shipping while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 2+ years prior work experience preferred.
• 1+ year work experience in copy and print/reprographics services preferred.
• Ability to work assigned hours determined by manager.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service to all employees.
• Operate copy machines and advanced printing software.
• Perform maintenance on devices and replenish supplies.
• Operate binding equipment and complete finishing requests.
• Process printing requests and prepare orders for shipping.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
• Engage with customers and teams to support operations.
• Train back-up staff on policies and procedures.
