MercyOne Northeast Iowa seeks a part-time Medical Office/Registration Clerk to gather patient demographics and financial information, enter data, and pre-register tests in the outpatient areas of Waterloo. You will assist with room assignments, armbands, consents, and pre-visit workflows.
The role emphasizes accurate data entry, effective communication with patients and staff, and adherence to HIPAA and EMTALA policies in a busy hospital setting.
