Job summary

Mighty Dog Roofing of Winston Salem is seeking ambitious outside sales professionals to join our growing local team. You will meet homeowners, inspect roofs, identify issues, and guide customers from inspection to project completion.

Earn uncapped commissions with ongoing training and support, flexible scheduling, and a clear path to career growth within a nationally recognized brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in field services/home services is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
• Sales experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to perform roof inspections.
• Identify storm, age-related, and insurance-related roofing issues.
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options.
• Build relationships and establish trust with customers.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Guide customers through the sales process from inspection to project completion.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
