Angela Young Agency is seeking an Account Representative to join our in-person team in Watkinsville, GA. You will help individuals, families, and businesses find the right insurance coverage while growing your own book of business and building lasting relationships.

We value outgoing, customer-focused professionals with strong communication skills. Insurance experience is preferred, but candidates with a solid background in sales or customer service from related industries are encouraged to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to attain Insurance property and casualty license if not already licensed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through referrals, networking, outbound calls, community involvement, and agency leads.
• Quote and sell auto, home, life, commercial, and other insurance products.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Cross-sell additional products to current clients.
• Meet individual and agency sales goals.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in agency systems.
• Stay knowledgeable about insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and available discounts.
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience from the initial quote through policy issuance.

Insurance experience is preferred, but we are also interested in candidates with a strong background in sales, customer service, banking, automotive sales, real estate, or other relationship-driven industries.

Qualifications
